European Universityof Lefke: Admission Procedures

Intakes

The European University of Lefke offers two intakes per academic year. These intakes are for October (Fall Semester) and February (Spring Semester). Applications are accepted for a particular intake starting one semester prior to the semester required.


Fall Semester Intake:

Students who wish to enroll for the Fall Intake are required to submit their application files in the period between March - August of the relevant forthcoming Academic Year. Application Files received later than the given period deadline will be considered for the following Spring Intake.
Spring Semester Intake:
Students who would like to join the EUL in the Spring Intake of an Academic Year are required to submit their application files between Mid - September till January 31st of the concerned Academic Year. Application Files received later than the given deadline period will be considered for the Fall Intake of the following Academic Year.


Application Forms
Students may download the relevant application forms from the EUL website to start their application procedure.


Prospective students are required to fill out the application form and fax or email it to the International Office (admissions@eul.edu.tr) including copies of their required academic credentials.

There is an application processing fee of $75 USD that you may send by post along with your application file or make an Electronic Transfer to the EUL Bank Account.


Starting & Completing Your Application
You may find below the three simple steps of starting and completing the application procedure including the required payments.

1. Complete the relevant application form, include all required documents and send the file to the International Office along with the application fee $75 US Dollars.

2. After obtaining a conditional acceptance letter, send your one year tuition fee to the University Bank Account by Electronic Transfer.

3. Once we obtain your tuition fee you will be sent a formal acceptance letter including an official receipt of payment


Action Plan for Application Procedure
At this point of your life you are very enthusiastic of applying to a University which is considered an important investment for your future. Therefore, you may have some concerns of choosing the right course and preparing yourself with a right Action Plan to follow your dreams. This is where you can completely rely on us for guidance.

Students can contact the International Office for advice in order to choose the most appropriate course for themselves, start and complete the application process in due time.

The schedule below is a sample designed to help you plan your application for studying in the European University of Lefke.

Month Action Plan
February Onwards Start obtaining info from our website or contact the International Office for courses offered and general information such as tuition fees, living expenses, dormitory fees and visa etc.
March Onwards Send your application file and your application fee to the International Office (Give 2-3 weeks time)
May Onwards Once you obtain your conditional acceptance letter be prepared to send the University your one year full tuition fee.
June Onwards You should expect to obtain your official acceptance letter including your formal receipt of the tuition fee payment
July Onwards You should be prepared to select your dormitory and send the required application and reservation fee.
August Onwards - Last month for application for October intake- Start applying for visa
September Onwards - Apply for visa if not already done so- Pre-departing briefing- Book Flights and send the International Student Office your flight details so that pick up service is arranged for you
October Academic Year starts
